Cable resistente al fuego cable de control de funda de aislamiento de PVC 450 / 750V

Conductores

Los conductores deben estar trenzados, Clase 2 según IEC 60228, BS EN 60228. Bajo pedido, se puede suministrar un conductor circular sólido, clase 1 según IEC 60228, BS EN 60228.

Aislamiento

El material y el espesor de XLPE deben cumplir con la norma IEC 60502-1 con clasificación de 90 º C para funcionamiento continuo o aislamiento de PVC tipo A según IEC 60502-1 o TI1 según BS 7655 con clasificación de 70 º C para funcionamiento continuo.

Montaje

Los conductores aislados se guardan junto con rellenos no higroscópicos cuando es necesario, el conjunto está cubierto con una capa extruida de PVC. En el caso de cables no blindados, esta capa puede omitirse siempre que la forma exterior del cable permanezca prácticamente circular.

Código de color estándar

Núcleo único: rojo o negro

Dos núcleos: rojo, negro

Tres núcleos: rojo, amarillo, azul

Cuatro núcleos: rojo, amarillo, azul, negro

Cinco núcleos: rojo, amarillo, azul, negro, verde

Seis núcleos y superiores: números blancos impresos en el aislamiento del núcleo negro.

Armadura (Opcional)

• Alambres de acero galvanizado aplicados helicoidalmente sobre la ropa de cama según IEC 60502-1 (o BS 5467, BS 6346 según los requisitos del cliente).

• Cintas de acero dobles aplicadas helicoidalmente sobre la ropa de cama según IEC 60502-1.

Cribado (Opcional)

• Cinta (s) de cobre con un espesor nominal de 0.05 mm aplicadas helicoidalmente con una superposición adecuada o según los requisitos del cliente.

• Pantalla de alambre de cobre (bajo petición) según los requisitos del cliente.

Vaina exterior

Tipo de PVC ST2 según IEC 60502-1 y Tipo 9 según BS 7655 color negro.
